Drove an hour to my appointment only to be told it was cancelled. Response to owner: I don't have a responsibility to confirm the appointment after you LITERALLY SENT ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL (see attached pic). I won't be contacting healthmart. You choose who to associate your business with so don't ask me to get involved with your appointment provider. My family member had an appointment later than me and you still only called them 10 minutes before their slot. Why didn't you contact everyone first thing in the morning? Or at least when you contacted me? If you hadn't already screwed me over, they would have wasted two hours driving back and forth as well. You have taken no responsibility for the matter both in your call to me and your response here. Good customer service would have been to properly apologize for the screw-up and to offer me some remedy like calling me once appointments are available again.
