I hope this review is seen by management. Between WeirsBeach NH and Sanford Maine I always stop for gas and get coffee. Just leaving Sanford this morning the store is beyond dirty .Floors and counter tops around not clean lack of fresh coffee at 7am.The outside needs to be pressure washed badly .Time will tell if management sees my comments .

This is a specific 1 star rating. Overall the facility and crew are fine. This is in regards to using their tire air machine. It is coin only and when I went in to get $2 worth of quarters, I was told they had none to sell me due to the coun shortage. I'd be fine with that if it were still true, but working in retail I'm also aware that there hasn't been a coin shortage for months. If you're not going to provide what's needed to use devices on your property, remove them or replace them with multi payment devices. It would prevent poor customer events such as this.

Only thing I can complain about is the fact that they NEVER refill the sugar dispensers for the coffee and often times there is at least 4 people working so it shouldn't be a constant issue to go there and have to tear open packets of sugar. Other than that, I love Cumberland Farms. They always have deals where you get something for free. The people that work there are always friendly. Bathrooms are usually very clean. The coffee station could be attended to more often but, understandably, there are tons of people in and out getting coffee. I'm sure its tricky to keep up but geez guys. Keep up with that sugar!

There's an older lady working there in the evenings that seems utterly incapable of properly wearing her mask. She's rude &/or apathetic when this is brought to her attention. We are nearly a year into the pandemic at this point, she knows how masks are supposed to be worn, she just doesn't care. It's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
