I had a couple massage with a friend. My friend was satisfied but I wasn't. The guy who gave the massage used very strange techniques and also putted his fingers in my ears! I am sure this and the other things were not a proper way to give a massage. Disgusting! Would definately not reccommend this place.

I moved to the Adams Morgan area in September of 2020. Since then, I have become a loyal patron of Unwind Wellness, getting a massage a couple times a month. Often I will wake up sore or stressed, call the studio in bed and they will be able to see me day of, that evening. The rooms, beds and music are soothing. The therapists are consistently expert and professional. Getting a massage is expensive, but I never regret spending the money. I'm telling you, these services are worth it!! After my appointments, I float home feeling rejuvenated.
