I must say the Store Manager and her staff is excellent they greet you every time someone walks in the door this is the best Starbucks i been to i travel from Crystal City every morning just to go get a Good fresh coffee i will recommend anyone to go there great great team

Im Extremely Disappointed That I Can Spend My Money Here But Can Not Use The Restroom. The Reasoning Doesn't Make Sense. The Woman Working Says It's Because Of Covid, But Yet The Store Is Open. It Doesn't Make Sense. AGAIN I CAN SPEND MY MONEY IN HERE BUT CAN'T USE THE RESTROOM! NOT ONLY THAT THE WOMEN'S ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING MAY BE NECESSARY!!!

amazing, welcoming staff. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door. By far the best location I have visited. They provide exceptional service while being one of the busiest locations. Ray & Yendry always make my visit in the mornings great with their fantastic customer service & their great drinks.

0 customer service, my drink never was right at this spot and the “manager “ in the afternoon was rude they don’t know how to make the drink it’s written right way on the cup label but you will get different drink and when I tried to talk to them they all gang up I couldn’t even here one person they all barked at me including the so called manager but one of them was just come and tried to solve the problem. I don’t recommend this location since it’s happening many times the taste of Starbucks latte capuchins became disgusting in this spot.
