Great coffee shop. I like their pastries. They always give out animal crackers with their drinks- so cute! There’s a cool boho vibe inside and it flips into a bar at night.

My sister and I popped into Tryst in the evening for hot chocolate and carrot cake (which were both huge and tasted great). It's wonderful to have a place to go in the evening that's not a bar, even though they do serve alcohol. Service is also prompt and digital, with dine in or take out options. One of my favorite places in DC!

I doubt that's the case, however , I can't say for sure. I do know that they have decent coffee and the best open faced tuna sandwich I've had in years. Non vegan. They do have almond milk, we both know that doesn't mix well with coffee. Enjoy your day, blessings.
They don't have one on the menu, but they do make a Cuban coffee (secret off-menu item) that is delicious!
