They make sure you have oil or kerosene however they will forget to put your cover (from your outside tank) back on so all the snow or rain will go in there and mess up your tank like they did to us but like I said they will make sure you have oil or Kerosene tho however I wouldn't recommend this company

Had a technician come over and when asked to disconnect the oil tank he said no and we need it connected because it's getting cold but since he didn't do it we now have to wait till November or pay another company to do it. As well as earlier this year when we had barely any ice on are drive way and the delivery truck wouldn't come down and forced us to get dirt when we didn't have to.

Replaced my furnace in February. Made a complete mess of my roof. Matt the owner said he would take care of repairs . Still not repaired. Do not recommend them at all as he will tell you what you want to here but will not follow through.

After my spouse and I were nearly nickel and dimed to death by our decade long propane provider, we made the switch to Tidewater Oil. That was one year ago. Our account includes fuel for our home and for our greenhouse business. We have found that Tidewater offers very fair pricing on their fuel and is always willing to go the extra mile in regards to our temperature sensitive business. When we had our new tanks set, I was delighted to see a wonderful, neutral grey tank that disappeared into the landscape in lieu of the hideous white tanks that I have come to loathe. The workers and drivers are professional, respectful and courteous. We just signed a contract for a second year as my expectations of Tidewater Oil have been exceeded. Our sincere gratitude to the goods folks at Tidewater !
