Place hasn't had a upgrade since Nixon was in office. Dirty worn out overloaded staff and a sign of our failing govt. All for $160 for the smallest box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent pkg to a friend who had complained to P.M. about carrier and he decided to take my pkg. and throw it away. He was told to find it and he it took item from plastic bag and ripped into pieces and put back in pkg which he had delivered empty earlier and delivered It back destroyed. I had no dealing with this carrier but he took it upon himself to destroy My things. What kind of person does This? THIS IS A FEDERAL OFFENCE AND I AM GOING TO HAVE HIS JOB WHEN I GET DONE.
