Love it! I am trying to remember to buy from the local stores over Amazon. And The Merri Artist so far has had whatever Iβve needed, with decent prices tooπ

This store is why I love the internet. I live in Southern California and discovered this gem when originally looking for an airbrush compressor. Over several years now they have consistently provided outstanding recommendations, helpful suggestions, patient explanations, and top notch service. And at very competitive prices. My most recent interaction with Dan was outstanding, and a testament to the Merri Artistβs exceptional customer focus. He was stellar in guiding me with help on sketch and drawing gift ideas for a friend, as I wouldnβt know one end of a pencil from the other. The highest recommendation.

extremely helpful! even with online orders! I'm live in another state, and was looking for Copic marker refill ink. the specific colors i need are out of stock at my usual stores due to the manufacture redesign of the new refill bottles. so online I go! this is the closest "local" store for me. i filled my shopping cart, because everything but one item was in stock! check out... and the internet fails me! won't give me a shipping option, only a local pick up option. Called the store, yes, they are shipping products. They helped me order over the phone, and because i am early enough in the day, Same day Shipping! Amazing! Think I have a new art supply source!

i love this place so much they have my favorite sketchbook and different sizes, they have Japanese art pens watetcolor and acrylic pens and all the things you could possibly ask for, it is spendy though.

They require masks as well as offering sanitizer at the door.
Hi Nancy, we don't have items specifically for this but have a couple cross-over items like metal sheet rolls. Was there sometime specific you were looking for? (So sorry for the delay, I typed out this answer yesterday and apparently didn't hit the 'post' button!)
Using a Gloss Pouring Medium made by Liquitex or Golden will definitely help rather than using a product like FLOETROL which has a more matte finish. Keep in mind that some acrylic colors have a matte or satin sheen so that will affect the finish. I would try the pouring medium first to see if you like the look but you can also mix some Liquitex Gloss Medium (this used to be called Liquitex Gloss Medium and Varnish and was recently renamed) in with the pouring medium to make it even more glossy. You wouldn't want to use pure Liquitex Gloss Medium as a pouring medium though since it can sometimes cause issues like wrinkling when you use too much of it without a pouring medium.
Yes we do! https://merriartist.com/products/daniel-smith-watercolor-confetti-36-color-dot-card-set
Yes, everything ships from our McMinnville, OR location. Order before 2:00 PST during the week and it ships out the same day! :-)
What are the cracks on?
Hi Bill, We carry the Princeton Catalyst brushes which have removable silicon brush tips on a wood handle in different sizes and shapes. They also have wedges. We also carry the 'Colour Shapers'. https://merriartist.com/pages/search-results-page?q=catalyst%20princeton https://merriartist.com/pages/search-results-page?q=colour%20shaper
Hi Shirley, We have lots of surfaces like heavy paper, canvas and wood panels. Every kind of paint! Most people like to use acrylics for dot painting and we have those in a marker style called Posca Pens (my favorite!) which works great as well as tubes which you can use with the right kind of brush. We also have acrylics called 'high flow' acrylics that you can put a dauber top on which will give you perfect circles around 1/2-3/4" wide if you want bigger dots.
While I don't know the answer specifically, their prices are pretty good. Everyone employed is a working artists
