The sales team at Durand cadillac are amazing. I worked with Tim and he was able to provide me with the knowledge I need to know before getting into a used cadillac. I have been to service multiple times and they are always eager to hear concerns and try to help the best they can. Every time I go in there even if it's the smallest problem it is addressed and ontop of everything else now they are handling a paint issue that they seemed a manufacturer fault. Couldn't be more happy with everything they have to offer

We used to steer clear of dealerships-- but Baker Cadillac has been the exception. We purchased our most recent vehicle from Anthony who was knowledgeable and gave us ample time to make a decision on our purchase. Shelley coordinates our routine maintenance-- she's polite, courteous and efficient. Everybody from the receptionist, to the front desk associates to the cashier is pleasant to deal with. A video from your mechanic showing the condition of your vehicle and suggested maintenance/repairs sent to your phone, is icing on the cake! We have received consistently good service from Baker over the past several years. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle (a wide selection of used cars, not just Cadillac); and a trustworthy place to have your car serviced.

These guys are great! Bought a used Land Rover from these guys - Sales was attentive without being a huge pressure. Finance guys were busy, but knew their stuff (and kept my 4 year-old daughter entertained). And service team was brilliant - had a couple of issues with the car when I first got it, but without hesitation, they got a few (not so inconsiderable) things straightened out and plus picked up/delivered the car (70 mile round trip) for me. Would definitely recommend Baker Cadillac given my experience. Thank you!

We have comprehensive COVID safety practices in place at all times. All customer touch points are cleaned throughout the day and after hours. We have shields that separate customers from our staff in most areas of the dealership, whether in our sales, service or parts department. We are also able to customize a solution depending on our customer needs. Please let us know what cleaning procedures make you more comfortable and we hope to be able to meet or exceed your expectations. If a customer wishes to purchase a vehicle without coming into the building, we are able to accommodate that as well. When a customer wants to make an appointment to look at a vehicle, they are able to call and request that it be cleaned before they arrive. We strive to make your experience with us safe and enjoyable.
Service opens at 7 AM Monday through Friday and 8 AM on Saturday.
