This review is for the Framingham MA store. My husband and I went yesterday to replace our refrigerator which had broken. Kelly was amazingly helpful( also Brandon who was helping during tax-free weekend from the NH store). They both made the whole experience easy and painless. There was no pressure to buy anything other than what we wanted. We were done in less than an hour!

We have been using Manny's for all of or appliance needs for years. When it came time for our daughter's appliances there was never a question. Steph and Jen were very accommodating from the beginning. Our deliveries went without a hitch, even with an old tricky staircase. Please skip the big box stores and get personalized service from the best. Many thanks again.

Never ever have I been so poorly treated by any company! So many lies and everyone from sales to management were unhelpful. Our new Dayco refrigerator died 1 month after install. Manny’s could not work their way out of a paper bag and after many attempts to fix it, they gave up. Told us to make an insurance claim. One call to Samsung (their vendor as they own the Dayco brand) we were moved to another more capable supplier in Mass and after one attempt to repair, they and Samsung agreed to replace the refrigerator using the warranty that was provided at sale. Nobody should expect these guys to ever perform like a real company. They just don’t know how. Why did we have to call Samsung? I think because they must have been having a falling out with them. I gave them one star because you cannot give -5. Never again.

We wanted to shop local and stopped in mannys to see the price comparison to big retailers. Jen quickly helped us find a kitchen bundle that would work for our space and was very reasonably priced! Jen put together a few options for us to decide and although initially the microwave we ordered simply didn’t fit our space well, Jen quickly problem solved to find a low profile unit that worked much better for us (and actually saved us money!) Sam and Jamie were the two professional delivery staff who were so kind and thoughtful in removing our old appliances and helping to set up our new appliances! They were respectful to ensure our dog didn’t get a chance to escape and even gave her a little attention too. They went above and beyond to respect our house and ensure we were satisfied with our new appliances. I couldn’t recommend them enough !
