The job that was done on my truck was great, and had a nice complimentary wash. However when I was called to confirm the appointment I was told the cost of the oil change and tire rotation would be a total of 89.99. Then when I got there I was told it would be 154.99. I asked why such a difference in price and the girl couldn't give me.an answer. Because I had to go out of town, and didn't have time to reschedule at my normal dealership I sucked it up. They did the service, I came out to pay, and again the price went up to $172 and some.change. Again she couldn't give me.an answer on why a simple oil change and tire rotation was so much. Because the service was done I had no choice but to pay for it. The cost of an oil change and] tire rotation has never ever cost me that much. The most I have paid is roughly $110. Then with no explanation on why? My paperwork just says tire rotation and oil change nothing more. I will absolutely never bring my truck for service back at this location. I suggest if you do go here, pay first before the service is done to guarantee the original price you were told. I cannot say enough good things about Salvador’s Chevy ! I needed to replace a tie end rod and live in Rindge. I called Keene Chevy and got a huffy “I don’t know when that part will even come in lady” and so I called Salvador literally willing to pay MA tax to get this part replaced. Amanda was so friendly, upbeat and reassured me that they could definitely get the part in within the week. She quoted me the correct price with an alignment and although they don’t have loaner cars she arranged for the courtesy shuttle to drop us off our gym a few miles away so we didn’t have to sit and wait. Absolutely every employee we interacted with was courteous, kind and friendly, including the shuttle driver. Amanda even realized our gym tag was on our keys and got it for us before we left. Literally unmatched customer service at Salvador. I would recommend to anyone to get whatever you need done there.
