I don't expect any business to never make mistakes. What counts is how they handle mistakes. I brought my odd Mitsubishi Delica van in for an oil change. This vehicle is always an interesting challenge - no one is familiar with it. Just to find the right oil filter requires some internet hunting, which the crew was happy to do. When the work was done, the wrong thing got nudged, and the brakes didn't work leaving the shop. The next morning the manager came in, and evaluated and corrected the problem. He was demonstrably empathetic, and apologetic. He discussed the issues involved - the technical and the customer interaction - with the crew. This shop cares about getting it right. They care about my repeat business. They will have it.

The staff here were very kind to my son, patiently explaining all the services available for his first car. They showed him his air filter clean. They did attempt to upsell the oil but were not pushy at all. The carpet vacuum and car wash were nice touches. I think he will be back.
