I absolutely do NOT recommend doing business here. My fiancé just purchased a vehicle with Iba. Our journey with Autosense started with their Monopoly mailer, which gave every indication that we had won a large sum of money. We followed the phone number prompt that then confirmed that we had won. My fiancé went to the dealership and we were excited that he could then use his winnings towards a much-deserved new car and we were happy to spend these winnings at the place generously giving money away. When he got to Autosense, he quickly found out that the mailer was a scam and we had not won any money. Despite this fact, I still encouraged him to buy a new car as we had never bought a new vehicle and now was a good time for us. I wish we had taken more time and not rushed into this because Iba absolutely took advantage of my fiancé. The car my fiancé purchased was a 2016 Ford Escape with 97k miles on it. The sale price was AT LEAST $8-10k over any other 2016 Ford Escape that I can find (all having lower mileage than the one purchased). Iba claims this massive increase in price is due to “more features” and that the other models we found were all “base models”. This vehicle does not have leather seats, nor many bells and whistles above any other vehicle. However, that is not the worst part. Autosense has a FINAL SALE policy. Fully knowing that they are selling cars for way too much and then you are not allowed to change your mind. My fiancé had no service during the time he was purchasing this vehicle so had no opportunity to look at other comps in the area. If you are looking to buy a car, prepare to be absolutely scammed here. I’m flabbergasted by Iba, Autosense, and the utter lack of human respect in this process.

I literally had a bad taste in my mouth due to the poor treatment I got with my previous purchase.. I rec’d a call from Iba and talking to him I instantly felt at peace. The experience I had this time around with this company and the all new staff was fantastic.. he is so professional, honorable and probably one of the best ppl I have met in a long time! I thank him for his help and patience with me. I would highly recommend anyone in search of a car to call upon Iba at Auto Sense in Salem NH!
