I have been dealing with Littleton Chevy for a long time and bought quite a few vehicles new and used there, I have been happy with them for the most part but recently something seems like it has changed. I purchased a new Silverado in March and love it, Harrison and Greg were great to deal with, in June I purchased a new Leer truck cap for it, after waiting 5-6 weeks for it to come in the thing was a mess, through no fault of Littleton Chevy. Donnie in parts was great went back and for with the idiots at Leer for a week but finally they agreed to a full refund, however that did not include the dealer installation that Leer requires for warranty, so I only got a return of $2100 instead of the $2400 that it cost me. I let that slide, then today my wife brought our 2019 Equinox in for an oil change and to get the back up camera checked out, the factory warranty is gone but we do have the extended warranty that they sell in house, my understanding is that it should cover the camera, she was told by service that they weren't sure if it was covered or not and they wouldn't know until after they did the work, and then if not covered we would have to pay. Seems like they should be able to find out before doing the work, might be time to stand back and look at service after the sale.

We found the perfect truck for our son, that was well priced. This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased from Littleton Chevrolet. This purchase was no different then the other three. The staff are friendly, helpful and they streamlined the process. They even delivered the vehicle several hours away to my home, and took it a step further by driving to CT for a signature, as my husband was working. Greg and Harrison were amazing to work with, we were not disappointed. I will continue to return to Littleton Chevrolet for my future vehicles!

Great garage. They always send me online and paper coupons to lower the price of their work. I just got the oil changed in my 2017 Chevy Cruze for $14.95. Although they have no activities for children/ grandchildren in the waiting room they are very quick and efficient in service
