Very poorly run restaurant. They are always out of things and have extremely slow service. The staff so there best but the low pay and poor management bring the place down.

We just placed an order inside and waited for about 26 minutes before I was informed my order wasn’t even on the screen. I was watching people that had just ordered get their meals while I was just standing there. They explained they were short staffed and while I understand that they should’ve just closed the dinning room. As we left there was a sign that said drive through only after there were people that had been waiting for over an hour in there. The place is a joke. Half of the staff left crying even . Don’t buy food here it’s just not worth the hassle.

Waited in the drive through for over 45 min not a single car moved except the ones leaving ridiculous service. Horrible management I will never come back how can fast food take so long this location should be shut down and a Wendy’s put in its place

Horrible service. Horrible attitude towards customers. They have had "now open 6am to midnight everyday" for a few weeks yet. They will tell you they are closed after 11pm. They can be completely empty during the day and still will take 15 minutes or more before they will even take your order. It's rare when they actually get your food correct. I have to assume the good reviews on here are from employees because this location is notorious for bad service and they clearly earn that reputation.
