We did a guided snowmobile tour and had a great time! We did not know what to expect since we never rode snowmobiles before but the staff was welcoming and Adam did a great job of explaining how to drive the snowmobiles along with leading the guided tour. I would highly recommend giving the guided snowmobiling tour a try!

We rented a double kayak for a 3-mile trip. It was our first experience with this company and we very much liked it. They drop you off at one location and then you will get picked up at another location 3 miles down the river. They have tons of equipment, a lot of personnel and experience. Location is great, right on the main street of North Conway, plenty of parking there. The river is nice, water is super clean. There was a bunch of people on Sunday, but not crowded, just enough to not feel alone:) Overall, very nice experience and we will definitely come back.

For those of you who are reading the reviews and making your decision on weather or not to use Northern Extremes as a Canoe or Tubing company for your trip down the Saco.....There are some unfavorable reviews on here, but let me tell you....Family of 10, We had a Ball! Northern Extremes was friendly, informative, they got us on a bus a quickly as they could. It was a very busy day on the river! They were just great and would use them again.

I have used them now for 5 years the first few yes went amazing. We had a wonderful time the last 2 yrs we have gone tubing a friend that came along fell through r the floor of the patriots bus they use and they didn't even care. She got stuck in the floor. We had to go outside and push her foot up through the floor and pull away the metal. That same time they told me if I got a double tub I would have to pay and extra $20 for them to drive it to the river. They never charged extra for that before. Both People had paid to go why would it make any difference. I mean they never charged me for it all the other years. Today we went and it took them and hour and a half to put us on the van to go down the river. They guy called our name and said we were next to go as we should have been because we were next in line. Then he sucked our paper in the back of all the others and forgot about us. He quickly lost track of who had been put on the vans and who was next shuffling everyone's papers around. He began just calling who ever he had on the top and they were all at the back of the line and just arrived while everyone at the front was waiting for hours I the heat. Completely in professional and out of line yelling at the staff! We will definitely be finding a new place to use next ur.
