Today 7/27 at 6:05pm We were waiting for the guy in furniture to help us. He said he was on the phone with help desk and would help us in a minute. We waited in the furniture area for him. Then he got off the phone, grabbed a sack of stuff and went to the back never to be seen again. Walked right past us purposely looking the other direction and completely ignored us. I told the lady at the register, who said sorry but made no attempt to help us or get us help. So we left.

Ordered $35 for same day delivery, they did not deliver it that day and the next day I asked for a refund. They only refunded me $24 and I literally never got my items… SCAM. Never order from big lots.

First off plenty of great parking, store is new and clean inside. The furniture display in this store is phenomenal, taking up at least half of the room of the store. But one thing I did not like was the food was all in the very back of the store. All the food prices are higher than the other Big lots store. Footprint of the store really hard to navigate and no staff on floor to answer questions. Definitely needs improvement inside the store but other than that definitely worth coming back to.

I researched what I wanted before I went to the store I also researched this particular stores inventory to make sure that they had what I wanted to purchase. The customer service guy literally ran the other direction when he saw customers. I went to the front counter and ask did the girl how do I purchase this bed and she pretty much got mad at me for trying to make purchase that she had to find a barcode for. Not joking. I do not recommend this store at all. They need to get better employees that have a customer service standard, because this store does not have any.
