Been a fan of Chipotle for years and have been to countless locations across the USA as travel for business. Stopped in this East Vancouver location 80 minutes before closing. The crew was in full break down cleanup mode in the back. The female on the line started my bowl... was shocked to hear she was out of 6 basic items mostly veggies. Only serving basic meat beans and rice? At full price? She only repeated they were out. Basically she did not want to refill anything on the line. Hit the exit quick. Went here next day for lunch all was filled on the line. Asked the day staff if they had run out of food to serve this week. Nope they were fully stocked and no shipments that morning. The staff at night is not truthful, does not care of customer service and this location needs new mngt.or to just close earlier. I love chipotle and will pass on this poor experience to corporate. My first and hopefully only 1 star rating.

This is still the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to! There was one person working the line, but he was great though! However, as always, they were out of things and this time you couldn’t even get a burrito! Um, ok…. No fajita veggies as usual too. So he could give me 3 pico de gallo of the plastic cups with my order, but not 1 of the larger paper cupS? That makes no sense at all from an efficiency and garbage view. He said he wasn’t allowed to give me the large cup. Huh…I’ve been to so many other locations where they have no problem giving me the large paper cup of pico. This location has suffered from poor management for a really long time, and it will never get better at this point so you should just stop going. The last time I went here, they didn’t have lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and many other things. There was only one person working the line, but there were 3 other people working the online orders in the back. It took 25 minutes to get a bowl that I didn’t even want. I wanted a burrito. Oh well. This just shows how the management here is out of touch. Yes, let’s improve our online ordering times, but at the cost of disgruntled people who are waiting in line at the store. That makes perfect sense. It’s like places that answer the phones instead of dealing with the people that are there in person. This was the last time I’ll ever give this horrible location a chance since they still suck even after many years of trying. Time to shut this place down or bring in management that actually knows what they’re doing. This location has so many unfavorable reviews, and they grow every single day. Stop going here so they’ll lose money and either fix the problem or shut it down!

Busy Friday at lunchtime. But, despite the crowd and the long line, the crew kept it moving along and by the time we reached the counter everyone behind the plexiglass barrier was still cheery and helpful. I appreciated the generous helpings of burrito ingredients and, as always, it tasted great. Definitely enough for more than one meal! Prices have gone up quite a bit though.

One of the worst experiences we've had in as long as I can remember. Decided to try an online order which was a mistake, as your staff apparently can’t put reasonable potions without being watched over. On top of this you were out of ingredients in our order and instead of informing us in some way, the order was just packaged up and put out as complete allowing me to pick up and then drive 40 min home to find what was left for us. Attempting to call for 30 min with no answer, we dove all the way back to the restaurant. A "Manager" said to get in line, finally got to the counter and was then told they couldn't help and needed to get out of the line to talk to the "boss". Entire time your staff was rude and dismissive. After trying to be patient, finally got feed up and asked for a corporate number or contact to call and was told they didn't have a number. I find it hard to believe that a business would have no a way to contact their superiors. I do not believe this represents your company as a whole, but this location falls very short to what I would expect dinning at any establishment.
