If you are customer who has any special requests or extra needs at this location just be prepared for the staff (and even the management) to be rude with you. It was almost comical how rude their staff/management was to me when I made a special request. If you are dropping off a package you should be fine, but anything else that asks the staff to go the extra mile, just be prepared for some rudeness. My impression is they are super busy and that stress leads to their staff losing their patience and niceness fairly quickly. This location has 10 (yes 10!) negative reviews with the word "rude" in them on Google. Not joking! Sort them from low to high and you will see. A few are 2 years old, but some are a few months ago, so this is pretty much an ongoing problem. Good news is there is an alternative in Oregon City to dropping off packages or shipping at a counter, Michaels in Oregon City shopping center takes UPS packages that are packaged (sealed) and pre-labeled. (Including Amazon returns) They are a certified UPS Access Point location. Also, FedEx Office is a good alternative to ship a package in Oregon City. They are in the Panda Express shopping center. I took 1 star off coz I didn’t appreciate the rudeness one of your staff showed me. Got a package in there, told her we got a notification that it’s delivered (there’s no slip in our mailbox) and she just told me to get it like I annoyed her for asking her questions ( well, I was annoyed too). The other lady is nice enough to help me.

My family has had a mailbox and used this stores services for over four years. The staff is always kind, patient (even with those people who I would have kicked to the curb). A lifetime of customer service careers for me lends a great appreciation of everything they do. KUDOS to Jen, Kyle, Taylor and Hannah and all the new folks who are dealing with humankind....with human-kindness. Thanks to all - virtual cookies in the ether...
