This apartment is a HUGE step up from the last apartments I lived at. Same price if not a bit cheaper and you get WAY more for your money. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful outdoor space to walk your dog, friendly office manager, and a beautiful interior. I haven't found a single thing I don't like about like abou living here and I've been here about 4 months.

Best Community to live in Oregon City. Jennifer in the front office runs a tight ship and knows how to communicate with the residents on a down to earth level. She always takes care of business in an efficient timely manner. Much respect for Jennifer. Ever since her and Arnie have taken over, this place has progressed tremendously. Thank you for everything

When it’s winter break for school, don’t schedule your grounds crew to come at 9 am with multiple gas leaf blowers. Waking up kids and parents doesn’t make for happy residents. And then when I go to the office to complain, they’re within 10 feet blowing only proves the point. SOLUTION: Schedule the grounds crews to come at 11 am during school holidays and other holidays.
