I went in to get tons of items for a basement project first I go to paints and I select the colors and paints I need. I go to the register and the employee walks away to help someone else. She then comes over to me and says can I help you I tell her what I need and without one word she continues the transaction without asking for my number or telling me she’s done so I tell her I’ll be back for those and again not a word. Now I’m in flooring, I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed help. I then asked someone and he told me to ask one of the 3 people sitting down. The female employee in flooring smiles and I tell her I need help with some boxes of floor boards and where can I find the dri core sub flooring . She tells me that’s a Lowes product we don’t carry that here. I assure here that I purchased it in Home Depot in the past and give her a description of t what that is. She replies you’ll find that in lumber and then I ask about the floor boards needing an underlayment and she says to go the next aisle for vinyl if I’m looking for something with an underlayment included ok then she asked someone else if they needed help but I hadn’t finished I needed help with picking a floor covering that would be suitable for the basement. I left the store empty handed. Wasted 2 hours of my time in that store and it wasn’t busy and there were employees everywhere.

Today 5/25/22, we were assisted by a young man in the plumbing department. It was probably around 1 pm. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He saved us so much time going to a few aisles to get us what was needed. He was also very patient. I wish I got his name. Hopefully you can match this review to him and let him know what a great job he is doing.

Very helpful staff, there were plenty of people to help me in each department this evening. I was able to buy all the things on my list quickly. Although there was self checkout, which I hate, there was an employee who did all the scanning and screen pushing, ask I had to do was insert my card. Yes! Thank you!

This Home Depot is the same in appearance and has a good quantity of supplies and tools. I didn't explore the entire store due to the availability of time, but, I did find what I was looking for quickly, especially with the assistance of a floor associate. Speaking 🗣️ of which, the staff were "Fantastic!", if I can quote the Eccleston Doctor Who! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Great customer service! 👍! The customers seemed friendly as well. There is a locker for online orders at entrance next to the garden center. I would say give this Home Depot a try and see what you think 🤔.
