I picked up two ebikes and had a great experience from the very start. The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's obvious that they care about what they do. The selection is unbelievable too. They have a bike for every type of rider. The prices are the same as if you buy direct (at least for the models we chose), so the decision was easy to purchase from them. Plus you receive the bikes assembled, charged and ready to ride. There was an issue with one of the bikes, but it was resolved very quickly and handled just how it should have been. I will be sure to recommend them to anybody I know that is looking to purchase an ebike. Update: After a few hundred miles under our belts and countless smiles, we couldn’t be happier with our bikes.

Being in the market for an Ebike I went to Electric Bikes of NE thinking that a place that had only electric bikes would be the best informed and experienced bike shop for me! I am happy to say I was right! Not only did they have the knowledge and experience, they had the customer service mentality I was looking for. Very willing to explain each available style and type. Reviewing the pros and cons of each. Then working to make sure the bike I selected, and that fit my physical and cycling experience requirements. When working to select a bike I was not rushed and the salesman that worked with me very willingly let me test drive as many bikes as I wanted, no pressure sales. All in I will would recommend Electric Bikes of NE to anyone looking for an electric bike!

E-bikes of NE was great to connect with as I jumped into owning my first e-bike. Their staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and answered all of my questions. I eventually opted to purchase my bike from them even though I am from out of the area. Glad to recommend them to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good if not great selection. Haven't been to any other E bike stores but plan on purchasing a bike from them soon. There are MANY other brands out there of which can only be purchased online or from the brands website specifically. This store carries a few major brands and a good selection of each.

Will, We have a lot of bikes that are very powerful to climb hills. Some cost as low as $1,699 and others are over $3k. Really depends on your budget and the overall type of bike style you want. It's best to stop by the store and we can show you the different models available.
Thanks for letting me know all I wanted to know was if you had any at all. I was originally looking for someone who supplied the Ranger but I won't need it until the end of summer. Thank you for a extremely fast response, faster than I could respond.
We fog the store daily to disinfect all the common areas. The common areas areas and high touch points are also cleaned multiple times through the day. All visits are by appointment to limit the volume of guests in the store and all guests and store associates are required to wear masks. If the shopper prefers to stay outside, we can bring the product outside for their personal viewing and test ride. If necessary, we can also schedule a late after-closing private appointment for anyone who may be high risk.
