A nice little park which has a small campground. Plenty of area to let the kids burn off energy along the waterfront and a picnic area. From my perspective a waste of gas because I didn't feel it embraced the historical significance.
Crabby Acres
A decent little campground with water and electric plus a dump station. $15 a night. The surrounding area is kind of noisy at night but it tapered off. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. I was there June 2nd and don't recall any mosquitoes which surprised me.

Affordable, quiet, beautiful view! What I love most about this park is that it is first come first serve. We came just before a holiday and didn't realize it...most of the other parks, with water and electric, were taken and as a last resort we tried this one. Wow we were pleasantly surprised with this park. The view, the play park and riverboat access made our stay here very pleasant. Only thing that was a little bit of an inconvenience was the dump station...no sewage hookups. But for $15 per night I would say this is a bargain.

There are water and electrical hookups a block away (across the street. You can camp there, but not at Lilly Park. Nice playground for kids but it is by the river, so you have to be careful with kids.
Call the Court House in Fort Pierre to ask. They manage the park.
