Beds werent to comfy, ppl in next room wanted to play music load late night, and there was no way to make coffee in room like most places, the ppl running it was nice but other ppl in rooms not so much

I paid for 2 days and checked out early and have not received a refund. I was just informed I cannot get a refund, so i do not recommend staying here. Bad business ethics. Poor customer service. At the end of the day after being cussed out by the manager also, I still don’t have my refund, and explaining to him how rude his front desk worker treated me, and he persisted to insult me, cuss me and be unreasonable. This is unbelievable! I will never stay at another Econo Lodge! This wasn’t “just a misunderstanding” Several of these employees, AND the manager have extremely poor customer service skills. You cannot talk to people so horrible and expect them to come back. In this Post Covid-19 world we live in now, if you expect to stay in business you might want to realize this and adjust YOUR ATTITUDE. I finally got my money back. Still never coming back after reading ALL your reviews and seeing you can be nice to some people who leave honest reviews on your hotel. But this manager cursed me out on the phone and treated me horrible so my review stands.

Savage Cause

The staff are competent eager to accommodate the guests. Professional attitudes help to relieve any worries that may arise. The owner is a clean cut well spoken Indian With a heart of gold. You can appreciate that but at the same time I seen him as well run up to Dave a little girl who almost got hit by someone not paying attention and he set the cops on them they was drunk. Good thing he always has his head up.
