They were able to get me in same day which is the reason for the 2 stars. My primary care office didn’t even call me back. I had all the symptoms of COVId, fever, headache, hard to breath, muscle aches, completely exhausted, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, cough and felt like I couldn’t hear out of one ear. When my vitals were taken I had an elevated pulse, HR, and BP with a fever. After taking a COVId test it was negative. All they cared about was taking a COVId test. Not once did the doctor care if I had anything else wrong or think about why I may have elevated vitals. They didn’t even listen to my lungs or heart while I was there. I guess if it’s not COVId it can’t be anything else. What if it was pneumonia? Ear infection? I guess I wouldnt know. Our medical profession is failing us.

I called on 7/14 at 12 pm and whoever was the information phone was so rude that it was cringe worthy. I am handicapped and fell due to spine problems and wanted to know if they did pain management and if i needed an exray. She said they can't do managment.I wasn'asking for controlled substances. Good grief! Go to West Linn, better manners and staff. I wasn't helped at all at Oregon City, not even offered exray. Awful information lady or girl. Ugh

Had to have last minute Covid Test. We were able to get in right away and there was no wait when we got there. Our nurse Kari was amazing. We were not sure what test we needed and she took the time to look up our travel requirements so that we were getting the one we needed. She was awesome and so patient with my 7 year old. Really good experience.

Most pleasant experience I've ever had at a Drs. Office, Er, Urgent Care, etc. Friendly, professional staff and great doctor! I was seen immediately even though I arrived 15 mins early and was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend this clinic and definitely go back if needed.
