I stopped here for an oil change because I was in kind of a hurry. Big mistake. When I pulled up there was a car in the bay with the hood up, so I figured since I was next in line it’s be pretty quick. Nope. Took over 30 minutes before that car pulled out, and nearly 40 minutes before I was done. They kept telling me how short staffed they were, but they had plenty of time to stand around BS’ing. Also, there was a guy working under my car the entire time, so staffing wasn’t the problem. They also neglected to reset my maintenance light, and when I got home I discovered 2 big, oily handprints on my hood. This price and wait time are about the same as the dealership, and I would’ve left with a clean car and wouldn’t have had to figure out how to reset my own light.

Went to have oil change…. The guy servicing my vehicle yanked and pulled at my air intake hose and busted it. Then tried to blame me saying it was dry rotted. It was NOT. Had to go to Auto Zone and buy a new one $49. Then tried to call back and speak to a manager and no one will answer! Horrible service! Will NEVER GO BACK AND YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER!

It was great getting my vehicle serviced here and it was fast I got in and out in less than 20mins only issue was they couldn't change my transmission fluid due to it having a cap and not a dip stick. I was informed this is to avoid any damage as they can not confirm how much fluid to replace without a dip stick. I 10/10 would recommend

Best and quickest service I've ever had for an oil change. They perform a general check of your vehicle for issues (lights, starter, alternator, pull the air filter to check condition, etc.) and communicate with you constantly during the process. From the exact time I pulled into the bay for the oil change to the time I pulled out, 16 minutes and 36 seconds elapsed. To me, having had to wait over 3 or 4 hours at local shops (like Meineke on Concord Pkwy) before for an oil change, this is incredible. PLUS I never once had to leave the car and could ask any question I wanted about the vehicle or concerns about the process and was treated and respected as an adult, as opposed to so many mechanic shops that always seek to "take you for a ride" or not listen/understand your issues with your vehicle before working on it. I will 100% be bringing my family's vehicles here from now on. Pro Tip: Check online for coupons for valvoline shops like this. I was able to find a $15 off coupon for a synthetic blend or full synthetic oil and filter change! If you're going here for the first time, you have to drive around the right side of the building to the back to get in line to have your car worked on. You don't have to park or get out of your car! They do way more than oil changes, as well, so make sure to check online or call ahead to see what they can do for you.
