Wow, do these guys work hard! I appreciate the excellent service! I had a nail in my tire and came in towards the end of the day. The crew at Les Schwab fixed my tire and had me on my way in very little time. Thanks again!

I don’t recommend them at all, I hit a curb the other night and my sensor light was on, it was after any tire store was open so I drove and left my car at this store to make sure there was no damage to the tire or wheel. I called the store in the morning and told them what had happened and was thrilled that they said they would check everything out. I received a call back and was told the tire was low on air but there was no damage to the wheel or tire and car was ready to be picked up, I was even more thrilled to not be charged…. No the problem, my sensor has been on since the I hit the curb. I figured maybe I broke it, but while leaving work last night I saw that my tire was very low again and the car was not handling well on the freeway, stopped and put air in it again and took my car to point s on sandy blvd this morning, explained what had happened. We went to my car and instantly, he looks and tells me the problem is right here, your wheel is bent. So disappointed that Les Schwab said the inspected my wheel and tire and said it was all good!

Called to get a quote for getting a set of tires mounted and balanced. I was told I didn't need an appointment and if I hurried they could get me in rather quickly. Got there in 10 min, checked in and was told to pull up to the first bay. (Mind you, they only had 1 vehicle in the bats and on the rack when I parked my car infront of the bay.) Went across the street to grab some chow. On the way back, stopped and grabbed a cup of mud. I was gone about an hour +/-. To my surprise, my car had made its way to the back row across the parking lot. I went inside and sat down waiting another 40-50 min +/-. After hearing another customer speaking with an employee and being told it would be 2 or 3 hours, I promptly walked up to the counter and asked the employee how much longer it would be. I was given the same exact answer as the person before me. I asked for my keys back and bounced. I ended up at the Jiffy Lube down the street and was in and out in 25 min. I also saved $25. For the record, not one of Les Schwab guys came running when I pulled in. Nothing but a waste of my time.

Great customer service. Great customer experience. This place is a tire shop. It smells horrible, like all the rubber up your nose. It's dirty, like a tire shop should be. The men's room was normal amount gross. Really like this place perfect ambience for a tire shop.

Yes
Les Schwab is a good shop for tires, and related services. I've relied on them for decades, and I'm quite happy with them. I don't think they do headlights, but the Jiffy Lube across the street and north I think a little ways probably does.
At a tire shop?
No appointment, first come first serve, you can leave your vehicle over night, they call you when it is close to finished
