They have wonderful condo-like homes seniors can be in, then if health degrades there's also a nursing home type facility. The nurses that work in that area are amazing. Also the "restaurant" facility is raved about by the residents.

Nancy - This depends on the size of the home but this year ranges from $3,549 to $5,403. The second person cost is very affordable. Couples can find excellent value at Birch Hill
Depends on service required, size of apartment, assisted or independent living. Best bet would be to go on website and talk to someone. It is a very good place.

Nancy, Birch Hill is a new addition to the RiverWoods Group. We are undergoing complete renovations for all apartment homes. This process makes apartments available and new residents have the option to choose finishing touches like wall color, counter tops, flooring etc. This is an exciting opportunity to make your home your own.
This depends on the size of the apartment home. Our monthly fees for independent living range from $2,276 for a 1 bedroom, to $4,939 for a cottage. Rates change slightly for assisted living, nursing and memory care.
Really depends on what you want. Should call Birch Hill to attend one of their presentations. All your questions will be answered along with a tour and maybe lunch with the residents.
