I have been with Republic for 8 years. Both business and professional. I recently had an issue with a bill, I called and was told someone would reach out, I was skeptical. Brenda Van Etten called me back and within minutes not only was my issue resolved but we also made sure the account was correct! You cannot ask for better customer service!

That's happened to me I call and get a we will send a truck tomorrow lie last year. My pick up day is Monday, May 17 2021they didn't show up showed up Tuesday. May 24 they didn't show up.
Why was my recycling bin taken away? Can you give me another?

Yard waste has not been picked up in 2 weeks. In a 35 gal container. First week it was a third full. This week 3/4 full.
Republic has missed our yard waste pickup during the entire month of November. I have called every week only to have the representative respond with "it will be picked up Monday" as of today, Dec 3rd, it has not been picked up!
