Wendy's ain't been the same since they switched the real burger patties given to you in the aluminum paper wrapping. This thick burger patty today is awful. Leave it on the counter til it gets cold and watch it turn black. Is that real beef or mystery meat?!

I came with my family to eat there. order and when I was about to eat. there was a homeless man asleep on a sofa with a blanket. asleep and stank. much to urine and I ordered the food to go. Can't say they don't notice that. it's disgusting and the employees don't do anything about it

I understand they were busy but that doesn't excuse the lack of customer service. A simple "hello, I'll be with you in a minute" would have been just fine, but i waited at the register for a while before I was actually acknowledged. Waited too long from my food and to top it all off there was a spill that was taken care of very poorly and was like that for at least 20 min.
