My experience at Norwalk Community Hospital was great. The staff treated the patient with respect and dignity. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the emergency room, it took only a little bit more than 2 hours. The wait time should have been shorter if I didn't go during shift change at 7 p.m. They even send my prescription to a nearby CVS, which save me time. Thank you guys.

I was taken to the ER on Tuesday night.The staff in the ER were amazing they took control right away.They did a CT scan and X-rays.They also did blood work right away they did IV because I was extremely dehydrated.An hour came back and the ER doctor comes in he said he would do anything to make me feel better and go home tonight. Two hours in everything changed While I was diagnosed with pneumonia I had the worst headache fever and chestpain.I couldn't keep anything down I was pale white.Doctors decided to admit me to the hospital I was there for a whole week being given meds thru IV.I really felt I was well taken care off.The staff was amazing they reusred me everything was going to be okay.The girl nurses would come and talk to me and have conversations everytime they had to do meds even when they changed my IV 4 times they where gentle.Tried my best not to give them a hard time. All I have to say is this place has such a bad reputation but it getting better staff is sweet. Doctors are trying there best.If it was me years ago I would have never stepped a foot in here but hands down they saved my life and cured my pain. Thank you all for doing an amazing job!!

Place so small that I was asked to wait in lobby for x-ray results. There were literally 4 patients total. 2 psych patients were loosely monitored. Good thing I know how to keep people in my sights. Security team was weak. To top it off, my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. When my wife called to inquire about my prescription, she was told that the doctor who had given the prescription was not there at the time so there was nothing that could be done. This was the E.R on a Saturday night

I went to this Hospital early morning around 3am because my daughter was having stomach pain. It was our fist time there and everyone was so helpful! I really liked how all the nurses of that late shift were very attentive. I will choose this hospital I the future due to there kindness and attentiveness. Highly satisfied and highly recommend to come here.
