I just had my 3 tractors receive their annual service by Matt, here at the farm. I found him to be very knowledgeable about all 3 tractors despite them all being different. He had everything he needed to service the tractors without any need to run back to the shop as other service people have had to do when I have had other equipment service (my boiler in the basement comes to mind). I can highly recommend this service to anyone with Kubota tractors.

I have spent about $50,000 at Union Farm. They have consistently disapointed me with failure to deliver new equipment prepped, serviced and ready to work. Attempts to have these issues resolved have been frustrating, slow and even expensive considering the times that I have had to go to other sources or lost multiple gallons of hydraulic fluid. My advice is that if you are going to do business with Union Farm, insist that they demonstrate that the equipment you bought actually works before you leave the lot. And, factor in to the price you are paying the time necessary to work with Union Farm on issues resolution.

Went there looking to buy a kubota. I approached the area with the hanging sign saying sales. I waited about 5 minutes with lots of staff coming and going. When no one approached me, I attempted to get the attention of the person who appeared to be in charge, in order to get some help. He was on the phone, and gave me a gruff, "be a minute!" I milled around the area for another 10 or 15 minutes with the individual making multiple phone calls and directing other staff on tasks and helping other people who came in. I went outside and looked at display models for about 20 minutes, with no help, and left. This place was horrible.

Have done business here for many years. Everyone is always pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Picked up a KX0-40 today and had never loaded equipment on a trailer before. Shawn, Jacob, and Mark made sure my excavator was loaded properly and that I knew what I was doing before we left. If you are in the market for equipment look no further!

Yes we work on lawn tractors pick up and deliver
We are regularly cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas including all inside and outside door handles. We regularly clean all common touch areas in our bathrooms. There is ample room in our showroom for social distancing. We require masks. We offer curbside assistance. We encourage employees to stay home for any sign of sickness.
