There service is horrible I ordered online at 10 am to be ready by 1pm the order wasn't ready they said it was cancelled but double charged me. I had to call customer service to get money back in 3 days maybe.

Been a loyal customer 20+ years. Usually I get great food with awesome service with the exception of today. The young lady, who was the cashier in drive thru, had the worst demeanor and customer service I've ever experienced. First, I was short changed by the cashier then she went on to say she couldn't give my dollar because the register was already closed. I asked if she would call a supervisor to reopen the register. To top things off, right before I drive away, she accused me of holding up the line. I would leave her name on here but I wasn't given a receipt.

What can really be said about KFC that hasn't already been said. I am a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich though spicy is questionable. In my opinion it's mild at best, but the chicken breast in the sandwich is always flavorful and most. The customer service at this location is mediocre at best although like most places it's usually wildly busy and not enough employees to handle it.
