Placed a pick-up order online. When the projected time for pick-up had passed without an update I consulted customer service for an hour just for them to tell me the only thing they could do was cancel the order. I have covid and cant go shopping. 7 hours after placing my order I'm now without the groceries I was counting on. Will never place an online order here again. Terrible service all around.

Normally, the only thing I don't like about Von's is their prices... But you must tipple check that their ready made meals come with instructions. I can't specially find (online or on the package) what I should cook this meal at. I couldn't find prices on fresh cut followers either... I didn't want to ask cause they were with another customer. I WILL say I LOVE how conveniently located and if you are savoy you can get in and out in a dash. :)

I love this Grocery store it had all Of the necessities except mascara. Not much in the beauty department but everything else was great. The ground beef here is amazing. It’s the perfect size store to get what you need and get out quickly. Great location and parking on the garage made the visit quick and easy. Truly found everything I needed to make a fabulous spaghetti dinner with my family.

Nice layout and great parking setup. However the people working there are often surly. Had my Vons app open to use on day - cashier quickly tried to scan and it didn’t work. They said that doesn’t work and wouldn’t try it again. Paid an extra $15 for groceries because cashier was in a bad mood.

The Bakery at Vons includes Bagels, Multigrain Bars, Cakes, Ice Cream Cakes, Focaccia, Cheesecake, Dinner Rolls, Muffins and More....How much is baked at that location? I dunno.

Yes. The parking is upstairs and the parkuing time is 2 hours.
