This Albertson's is WELL within walking distance from my apartment. Every time I go in there, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. My only concern is that when they have only 2 registers open for more than 20 people like they did tonight....

I was able to get very fresh ingredients for my homemade spegitti. Other than the price of inflation has Albertsons food prices have doubled since January a normal 20$ meal is 10% to 20% higher. It's also concerning because Long Beach, Ca is in Los Angeles county but it's tax rate is much higher than anywhere else.

Really Liked Everything they Sold, as I only have Great Memories of Albertsons Winnetka/Canoga Park & Woodland Hills Being my Former Favorite Go To Grocery stores when I lived in far West San Fernando Valley, however really liked everything at my new Long Beach California Neighborhood Albertsons~ EXCEPT~ ONE THING ~I Couldn't Purchase The DELICIOUS Albertsons Fried or Baked Chicken with my EBT/Snap Card!.WHY?? Is THIS? My Guess is Because they are Very Conservative (Discriminatory obviously!) Nice Corporate Idaho Mormons, that Decided obviously against/Don't Want to allow Albertsons Locations in Southern California to take Part in the "Hot Meals* EBT Snap Card Payment Options....such a Shame, as in many Southern California (LA Area) Neighborhood Location's Albertsons Grocery stores are like the Forgotten Yugo"s & Saturn Automobile Companies that have Gone the Way of the Dinosaur, haven't been able to even pretend they can Compete with the Kroger Ralph's Locations, this Long Beach California location "Seems" to be doing okay, but only they know if they are Making Profit

Since the pandemic, I had been doing the drive up and go. That was fantastic but the last few times I ordered, the target times weren't met. No matter what time I would put my order in. So, I recently went in to shop and was surprised to see how much had changed. I like the changes. Everything seems more open. My only complaint is I have to learn this layout. First world problems, amirite? Service is still great and the store is always clean. The best Albertsons in Carson (looking at you Carson St. location).
