The food was reliable. Two things that left a bad taste in my mouth: The tables w men got waaaay more attention. The female waitresses did not try to hide it. We got no love and it took significantly more time to order anything. The bar tender served me a vodka soda w soda water that came out of a water pitcher. I’m not sure if they understand that carbonated beverages should not be in open containers but when I questioned it they tried to make me feel stupid. They should not have charged me for the drink but did. Aaaand I still tipped appropriately. Would prob not go back.

Loved this place! The prices were good, and the atmosphere was a quiet respite from the busy pier. Heaters on the patio kept us warm as the sun set.

We really enjoyed our lunch at Sandy’s Beach Shack. The weather was beautiful and we sat on the patio. The view is quite good here; we had lots of great people watching while we ate here. Our server was very attentive. Our drinks were always full. The beer selection was very good as well and the signature cocktails were great. We loved the food. We tried the seafood tostado trio and the ahi tuna and ceviche were top-notch! We thought the third feature was a little too heavy on mustard.

This is the perfect beach restaurant!! Right below the entrance of Huntington Beach Pier it’s amazing to have an ocean view from almost the whole restaurant. The staff was friendly and got us seated quicker than the expected wait time. The vibes were just so fun too; great music and everyone having a great time. The Chicken Tacos I had were amazing! And our table loved everything they got - Tavern Wings, Tuna Sandwich and Salmon Tacos. Highly highly recommend visiting here when you’re in SoCal!
