Boy has this chain gone downhill. Walked in to what looked like a business on its way to closing down for good. Used to walk through a long buffet-like line of several hot food choices. Now, all but one little area are in use. Were told they have no entrees except chicken. Luckily we asked before making any choices.

Came here for their prime rib but settled for roasted chicken. Very tasty.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My Thanksgiving catering that was ordered a month in advanced never got delivered. Never got a call saying it was not getting to my event. 2 months later, now January, I get a notification from my bank. Boston marker charged me $500 for the order that I never received. 2 MONTHS ! Tried calling the store , tried calling corporate and they seem to bounce me back and forth . They not only ruined my event because I was left with no food, but 2 months later it comes back and haunts me. I spent hours on the phone and still no sign of me getting my money back . I do not understand why I would be charged 2 months later without my authorization. Worst experience ever !

We had dinner here I have wanted to eat hear for a while since I have eaten at other locations. I wanted to finally eat at the restaurant in person not take home, but it wasn’t great I ordered the chicken rib combo unfortunately it wasn’t great. My ribs were cold so were my mashed potatoes and stuffing. My corn bread which normally is the best thing had a strange after taste, like it was old. Unfortunately none of our food was great it was bland and cold they do have a nice menu and desert menu. Maybe they will get back on track and their food will go back to being good. I will try it again after giving them time to get back on track.
