I have purchased many items from home Depot and they have always been very good about doing a price match on an item. Today I found a gas range from another company locally the same identical product for $130 less and home Depot has refused to price match. I do not think I will ever shop at home Depot again.

That I'm not sure just call them and ask
if you used a credit card, usually the name on the card that was used has to be there to pick it up, w/ ID. Otherwise fraud would be to easy...
