Really sad with how much this place went down hill. I attempted to book in January but didn’t get a call back until may. We stood there for 30 minutes waiting to check in to be told the boss was “still sleeping” at 11 am & was told just to drive to our site to set up. They got rid of the store/ bathrooms. There are only portapotties now that do not get cleaned. We had ordered ice at 1pm and did not receive it until 9pm. The whole weekend we were there, the previous renters trash was never picked up And covered the beach. I had to pick a lot of trash that had blown in the river out. Unlikely to return.

I’ve been coming to this campground for 7 years and it is one of a kind. If you like to party then this is the place. I don’t understand why people get mad that it’s to loud at night with everybody. Come prepared! Bring ear plugs or like I do sleep in my truck. The new owners are very nice and accommodating I know the phone system has been an issue but they are working on it. From what I can see they have a great crew and are working on improving the campground daily. We will be back again!

Booking the camp site was no issue. Very user friendly, online service. However, attempting to make a cancellation is impossible. Their policy is two weeks prior to your reservation you may make a cancellation with a 20% fee of your original booking cost. Fine, no problem. Understandable. Due to unforeseen circumstances from being away from home for an extended period of time, I cannot make my camping trip. When I attempted to cancel my reservation, I called both phone numbers provided in the booking confirmation email, and could not get in touch with anybody. One number gave a Fiddlehead campground, informational message, which ended with “leave a message for additional help” and the other was an automated machine. Both voicemail boxes were full. I finally decided to try to reply to the email from the booking confirmation, but it’s been days and no one has answered me. I hope that someone is going to enjoy my camp spot I paid for, for 3 days because I guess it sure won’t be me!

I don't want to leave an obnoxious review, but there wasn't any potable water. We asked the person checking people in where we could fill up our water jugs and they said we had to go into town. Fiddlehead is not a cheap campsite, and they were unable to provide the only thing we asked for: drinking water. We had a great time, but no drinking water made me wonder what we had actually paid for.

Yes they do . Now they just want you to rent site for 10 people at $654.00 After that they don't care. Can't believe we are still going after the last 2 years. THIS IS MY LAST
Fiddlehead is just a campground they don't do the tubing you have to go to one of the tubing companies in Conway
I don't know what "135$pp" is.
