Be careful with this store I bought a life time warranty brakes about 10 years ago, after a few years I went to exchange them under warranty and they gave me different part number brakes so a couple a days ago I went back to exchange them under warranty again and they told me that the part was not the same number and they didn't replace them. So what they did on one of the exchange they gave me a different one so in the future they will have an excuse to stop replacing them, That is a fraud I will never go back to this place they make feel like I was trying to cheat.

At first I felt welcomed when I was first welcomed. Then I felt profiled as I was stalked up and down all seven isles while I was trying to steal merchandise. But then I pulled a complete 360° and BOUGHT the non-stolen items in my possession and ended up making a new friend. All in all, people don't think it be like it is, but it do.

I went to O’Reillys to purchase a car battery. The prices were about the same as anywhere else but what I really liked was that their employee Oscar went to the extra trouble of taking my old battery out and putting the new battery in for me. My old battery had been going out on me about a month or two before the warranty ended. That one had been purchased at Walmart who not only wouldn’t give me any kind of deal but they absolutely refused to help me install a battery and they didn’t care that I had a “condition “ either. Walmart was so rude about it that I would never consider them for anything mechanical. Oscar and O’Reillys made it a smooth transaction They are the ones I’ll keep going to
