Very disappointing, called ahead, was advised to drop in to discuss what I needed. The owner was out and would be back in half an hour so, after the (very pleasant) lady called him I agreed to wait for him to return. Once he did he couldn't even take five minutes to talk to me and I was told I needed to schedule a 2-4 hour appointment two weeks out. Went to another local store and the owner was super helpful, sorted out my issues without charging me anything and enabled me to complete my head unit swap all by myself.

MANNNN this shop almost brought me to tears. I've spent a ton of money at different places trying to get my motorcycle to sound better than the terrible harley boom system i had in years ago and FINALLY i think i found a home for great, detailed and knowledgeable work!! I feel i can sleep at night lol. They asked me to bring it by and they tuned it on the spot and my system finally feels like the money i spent was worth it and beyond! You can spend all the money in the world on the best speakers but if you don't have someone who knows what they are doing your wasting your money!!! Big Big respect to this shop!

By far the best customer service and product ever. Got my Drone remote start installed here couple years ago was extremely happy. was just now notified by drone I needed to have a unit upgrade I ordered it brought it back to this shop was met by the same kind gentleman that Had installed it couple years ago he replaced the part today in in record time and I had a problem getting it to reset he patiently tried a few times to get it to accept when he could not he reached out to his friend who actually is the genius behind this remote start and I was up and running perfectly and best of all drone said the price of part did not include installation but this awsome store installed the up grade free of charge and on a Friday night of all nights this place is the best of the best highly recommend this shop and this remote

These guys were fantastic. Took my car in to get a remote starter. It apparently had a previous alarm system in it. They took care of everything very professionally and didn't try to nickel and dime me for the extra work .The shop was very professional and clean and the guys there were easy going and polite. I highly recommend them.

Sometimes. As is the case with on site installation in vehicles, performing home audio/video services is charged on an hourly basis, including the ride to and from the location. With years of experience in extremely high end home audio/video/integration work, we can definitely take care of any needs you may have, but all home jobs are handled and quoted on a case by case basis.
In rare cases, yes. Because we are a small, 3 person operation, it is straining on our resources we typically need all-hands-on-deck. We do make exceptions so please call. If you require on site service, such as with a boat, RV or other vehicle that can't easily be brought to our shop, we charge hourly for the work performed, and that includes the trip to and from the location.
Yes, we do! On any given day, you can find us installing audio, performance, lighting and other upgrades to boats, personal watercraft, ATVs, side by sides (RAZR, etc.), and basically anything else with an engine or motor in it. Want to trick out your child's new power wheels with a cool little stereo system and more power for longer run time and upgraded performance? We can do that, too! We would be happy to discuss any and all options with you.
We can do it all, from mild to wild! We routinely do simple audio and styling/performance upgrades, and also go the route of full frame up builds. Basically, if you can dream it, we can do it.
Yes, they can. With some vehicles, it's simply a programming option that needs to be enabled after installation, but there are some vehicles where additional parts and labor are required. Please give us a call to discuss your particular vehicle and see what options are available.
Yes, they can. With the emergence of push button start vehicles over the past decade, the vendors we deal with have made great strides in order to provide us with systems that can be safely and seamlessly integrated into most modern vehicles, including push button and "keyless start" vehicles.
