She answers phone calls while working on you. it cuts into your time. she goes very slow. doesnt remove alot of hair at all. it is unprofessional to answer her phone while you are laying on her table. would never go back.

Teresa was very nice the first time I went to her. I was excited and got a package deal. However things went downhill from there. During my package time she burned my legs, TWICE! The burns left white spots on my legs for a LONG time. (The picture with white spots was taken two months after the first burn). Even after that she managed to burn my legs the second time. 😂One time I came in and she wouldn’t even let me in because she was with another client during my time slot. I constantly had to remind her that I had full body package as she would “forget”. It gotten so bad at the end that I didn’t even finish my package. I would go somewhere else if I knew then what I know now.

I cant say enough about Theresa and Hope. They are by far the best in Tampa! Very knowledgeable, personable,caring and the prices are great compared to other laser places around. Teresa uses the best laser which is the candela laser (same as Ideal Image). When you go there you will feel welcomed not just another patient. Theresa spends as much time as you need to make sure you are comfortable and to make sure nothing was missed when lasering. They also offer other services like chemical peels, microdermabrasion. I always highly recommend Pulido Electrolysis & Laser.
