Was a guest at a wedding there. The place looks nice. But some of the staff are horrible. I arrived 30 minutes before ceremony, was with the bride earlier photographing her. The staff would not let me use the restroom and there is no restroom in the ceremony area. They said no one could use the restroom this time. So I waited . Ceremony started , bride walked down the aisle. At this point I had to go to bathroom immediately, it was an emergency now. I sneaked away to use a restroom. I asked the staff where the restroom is and they said I can’t use the restroom during ceremony. I told them it was an emergency but they said we can’t let you and suggested I walk to the nearest gas station in the rain. I stepped outside and complained to the men at vallet and he radioed a man named Evans who had the decency to finally walk me to the restroom. Had to go thru so many arguments and circles to just use a restroom. The vallet man and Evans were great, but the other staff where horrible to deal with. He staff needs better training and need to be held to a better standard. Also a restroom needs to be placed in the ceremony area, how can you deny people a restroom. I’m not sure if that’s legal/up to code/ standards but I am going to look into it because this was a miserable experience and I missed a portion of my friends ceremony because of this. I do have a medical condition, it’s manageable but not good for my health to hold it in for long. Also my wife had a bad experience with the female bar tender. And my cousin had an argument with a unprofessional vallet lady. Finally I work in the wedding industry. As a professional that takes my work and customer service extremely seriously, I can not recommend this venue to any of my clients , friends or family.

Offers an all encompassing package for weddings. My first impression was that it was very cheesy and somewhat poor construction, but once the lights are dimmed and the staff are in action, the building has a pretty great ambience. I wouldn't book my wedding here, but I can see why others would love the princess/castle theme.

They made all my wedding dreams come true. They were great even when we made several changes. They could not of been any better. Loved every part catering, photography, my dj was amazing and the staff perfect. I was a very very happy bride.
