I have just moved out of the apartment on March 31st 2021. The lease states that the balance of the apartment will be provided 10 days after the move out date. I was told on the phone that "once you move out that you are not a priority like you are when you pay rent, and only one person in the office can provide that information but the corporate office is given her too much work to worry about residents who moved out so you'll get the information when you get it"

My visit was work related. I had a little trouble finding it and the building doesn't have signed to direct you to the apartments.

These apartments are the worse, I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to even live there. Jennifer Monacell who is the apartment manager is very rude, short with you, has a nonchalant attitude, and very sarcastic. The apartment conditions are old, and ROACH infested. They take forever to fix anything or they send you a email telling you it was fixed when it actually wasn’t. The neighbors that live above you can make as much noise as they want to, and the rent office does nothing about it. You have to call the rent office several times just for them to answer, I have even had to call the rent office private just for them to answer. When you move they will try to find anything that they can possibly charge you for to take your security deposit. These were the worst apartments that I ever resided in. If you work hard for your money, and pay your rent on time every month then I would highly suggest not moving here, because they won’t even take that into consideration that you should not have to put up with those type of living conditions where you pay your hard earned money to live comfortably and roach free.

DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!! I have called to the office multiple times and told them about the trash/cigarettes that people throw in the hallways, the drug transactions that take place around my building, the kids that have been in the hallway every day yelling, cursing, throwing rocks at my window, banging on my door/window and running, sitting on my car, and nothing has been done. The building is dirty and not kept up. The parking lot has trash all over it, and the trash compactor is always overflowing. Management has no control over this complex and it's tenants. I have also called about multiple maintenance issues and half of the time there is no response, the other half maintenance comes out but the issue never gets fixed. There are water leaks in the ceiling and the window, the heat is not working and the bedrooms get really cold causing my heat bill to be higher than it should be. The police have been called a numerous amount of times and they have even said that they have multiple complaints and that management is very poor. AVOID THESE APARTMENTS THEY ARE 200% TRASH AND GETTING WORSE AND WORSE EVERYDAY!!!
