These townhouses like to cheat people out of there money. My aunt doesnt have an auto renewal on her lease but once they got word she was moving out they took the initiative to renew her lease, when confronted they refused that they had anything to do with it and that she should refer to her lease she has contacted the manager several times who refuses to even speak to her making her go as far as hiring a lawyer to settle this

They take you for money. Renee yelled and talked over me on the phone. She told me they would take $200 out of our security deposit, which was fine. Yet we’re still getting charged all of our deposit and somehow owe $464.31. I would not recommend moving there. Not to mention, Renee said she would give me an itemized copy of the carpet expenses and the company but I haven’t received anything and they won’t answer my phone calls.

I have moved into Farmingdale last Sept and I have been a resident here before. I love the apartments. It is a nice area and I feel safe here. Rene and Mona have been wonderful and they make sure their residents feel comfortable and the property is well maintained. If you have a maintenance issue. It is handled promptly. Thank you for making our stay here great.

I have lived here 3 years now and love it here. I have lived in other apts, I live in a townhouse now, love Mona and Renae they are great help when you need it about anything, they care about you. Renae stays on top of all issues of maintaining this place and keeping it beautiful not trashy. All of us need to help picking up our trash or just trash outside our place, it would help keep our place neat looking and help Renae now we care about how it looks. Thanks, Renae, Mona
