There was a lot of trash, dead carcasses everywhere unfortunately it made it hard for me and my kids to stay. The view of the water was the best part

Nice place to for family gathering or fishing. Do not remember seeing public restrooms. Parking can be challenging on weekends. Very close to interesting neighborhood 🤔.

I love visiting here! Great for pictures. Always people here taking photos for proms, yearbooks, weddings. Always people fishing, walking dogs, just hanging out and chatting. Again, we found it playing Pokemon Go...many stops and gyms if this is also your thing! My parents checked it out and loved the tour of the historical area at the top of the hill. It is just a wonderful waterside stroll for us, really!

There are some areas you can get in the water down there. By the playground and also behind the big houses.

You can fish 24/7. No one had ever made me leave after dark. The mosquitoes are the only ones that dictated me leaving.
Never heard of anyone needing one for any reason other then fishing Plus its for a baby shower. Harmless. Congrats
