Very bad store manger inter the store the shoes on sale for $29.99 when ask the manger said they just will moved it to the next shelf and on the cashier show $80 when ask the manger he said that they just moved it from the new shelf even the price ticket still on the table the said not care even if the price by the time we intend was $29.99 so bad experience with timberland should be one of the biggest USA brand ..

typical. Some items same price as Amazon. I asked "What does water proof mean on boots?" "no answer". Having a hiking boot labeled "water proof". like many online comments: they are not. Mine gets wet through the front walking over wet grass for about 15 min.

My daughter bought boots on line and were too small. She couldn't return them within the 60 days and I found them in her apartment 4 months after. I thought it was lost money, but Timberland Merrimack outlet took the return and gave me a card for store credit ( or on line). Thank you guys! Honestly I thought the money was gone.
