Have been taking our pets here for 15 years and it has been the only place we have trusted. We lost a pet to a very dishonest place years ago and it took us time to find the right place. Up until last year this place was great. Today we had our first real emergency 1 hour before closing. I mindful and acknowledged the time and was told by the receptionist she would check if the vet was available since she had 3 other appointments. She also gave me a number to a place in Sturbridge … for an emergency?? I waited 45 minutes for her to call me back like she said and I had to call. She immediately let me know the vet was gone for the day. I let her know again this was an emergency and I was waiting for her call back and all she said was “didn’t I already give you the number to Sturbridge?” Idk what type of business this has become but that is disgusting. In an emergency to not follow up as she said, to not have compassion and treat us like we don’t matter is disgusting.

All staff and Veterinary were kind, friendly, respectful, helpful. The facility is well kept and all were hands on attentive and understood that Storm was very shy and nervous. The staff was reasonable and honest.
