I have been bringing my girls to have their haircut here for few years, even before the pandemic. But Today, I had a bad experience with Tiffany - she charged my girls haircut as women’s cut pricing rather than little girls pricing. The total comes out to more than $100 for both my girl’s haircut…!!! The problem is, the way she handle the whole issue, very unprofessional, she didn’t apologize and act as if she own the salon!!! Brenda on the other hand, is always courteous and professional. Definitely, did not live up to Aveda brand name!!!!

I came on Dec 17th to get a cut and color my hair back to a deep red from a vivid purple. Nicole was very upfront with me about what would need to be done, and possible cost, which I really appreciate. My hair had some issues holding the color due to previous bleaching despite my stylist doing a very thorough job (not in any way her fault!). Everyone at the salon that I encountered was very professional and kind and worked really hard with me to get to the color I wanted. The customer service I experienced was truly exceptional and whenever I return to Florida to visit I will definitely use this salon again.
