I went to the Dyson Shop today to have my vacuum repaired. It was losing suction and I had taken the whole thing apart, spent several hours and couldn't figure out what the problem was. I arrived at the store for my appointment and Joe came out right away and greeted us. He was immediately ready to help and had a smile on his face. We asked a lot of questions about the products on display and he was very patient and answered every question. He took the vacuum out back and within 5 or 6 minutes came back out to us. He had replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and had it fixed quickly. Joe was fantastic and I would definitely return. We appreciated the convenience and the customer service provided by Joe.

I brought my hair dryer in to get repaired. Yes! They do repair all Dyson equipment and I have to give a shout out to Joe who was really helpful in giving me insight as well on properly caring and maintaining my dryer. It gets a lot of use as I'm a hairstylist. I thought I was going to have to invest in another one as it overseeded it's warranty. I'm really glad I called here and stopped in. Thanks again Joe!

Amazing!!!! Great phone conversation - inquired what the issue was, answered my questions, helpful directions for how to make an appointment. Extraordinary personal service - quick assessment to confirm the issue, repair done immediately, shared some tips about my Dyson product. I will definitely return if my Dyson needs service again or if it dies and I need to purchase a new one. (You do need an appointment online and it is only curbside service - I assume due to Covid.)

I made an appointment on Monday for a Wednesday service. Very fast and prompt. My 14 month old Dyson UP20 Animal Ball 2 stopped working. Burnt smell coming from motor, and beater brushes would no longer engage. I was met by Adrian Gaudette. Very professional and courteous. He tried for over an hour to repair the machine, replacing just about every item he could to no avail. The machine simply would not work. The solution: I received a brand new machine - same model, same everything, except for the color, right then and there. He registered the machine, explained the warranty continuation, and apologized for the delay, and off I went. Where I was initially upset that a $500 machine basically died within 14 months, I could not be happier with the warranty efforts. I have been a Dyson customer for 30 years, and will never look elsewhere now. If you need any type of Dyson service, I would highly recommend you go here, and ask for Adrian. Good old fashioned customer service at its best.

You need to go on their website and schedule an appointment.
No, we offer free assessments.
This service center is awesome! I highly recommend stopping by and letting them perform an inspection of your vacuum.
Call the Dyson service center. This is a question for them. Questions here should be about the place not your machine.
Take it to the Dyson repair shop. This is not the place for this type of question. It should be about the shop. Which is excellent btw. They can tell you why it's not holding a charge or if it is and it's a different issue making you think it's not holding a charge.
For what it's worth I had them do a repair and it was done quickly at a very fair price
No. We only repair Dyson products. Sorry
